NOTE: Court Lending does not provide legal funding for Workers’ Compensation or any work-related cases.  We also do not provide legal funding in Arkansas, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina or West Virginia.

No. If you don’t win or settle, you don’t pay the money back. Period!

Court Lending Guarantee

We guarantee that we will beat or match any competitor’s rate. If you are offered a lower rate in writing by a legitimate legal funding company, we will either beat the offer or pay you $100. You must provide us with the competitor’s written offer and all terms, and we must be able to verify it.
